decisions you'll have to make. Go to IPP for your motor. 5 spd swaps are common, diff is the same (only difference is NA or TT), but you'll need a driveshaft. EGR and water lines to delete. Considerations include: wiring harness, EBC, manifold, turbos themselves if they are old. If it's spun a bearing, I assume it's not a low-miles Z, so there will be a lot of "while you're in there" stuff to do. I suggest going slow, searching, reading and asking.
